6/12/25 Craving ramen! Got the OG Ramen bowl, hits the spot! Slurp slurp slurp , so comforting

The OG ramen has pork broth, hakata noodle , half a ramen egg, pork chashu, green onion and kikurage mushroom. The broth is creamy and the egg is DELICIOUS. Noodles were stored separate from the broth, which maintained the noodle integrity on the ride home. The Kotsu bowl is amazing! It comes with white rice, pork chashu, onsen egg, green onions, Japanese pickle, and Kotsu aioli sauce. I really loved the sauce! The Japanese pickles are tasty! Again, I love the egg.

This place was really good. The manager let us film and was so nice. They asked us to come back whenever we want. The food was amazing. Cant got wrong with this place. #befranki #foodie

The broth was so flavorful. I love the pork and the eggs. The noodles were soft.

5/29/25...Kotsu Ramem & Gyoza...To-Go Ordered Chicken Chashu Kotsu Bowl, no green onions and shared a Chicken Chashu Katsu Original Ramen, no green onion and extra side of black garlic oil. Great flavors here!!!
