I had such a great time at @nutmegbakery with my sister! We went at 11 for brunch and it was packed! This is always a good sign because you know the food is good. What I love is that they have all kinds of vegan and gluten free options. They also use a lot of organic food. Such a cute family owned business, and we had a great time looking around at all the cute items they have for sale.

We tried the stuffed berry french toast and nutmeg scramble. All delicious! And an iced latte. I particularly enjoyed the cinnamon mascarpone filling inside the french toast!

BREAKFAST at @nutmegbakery 😋🍳 This cozy location in Sabre Springs, San Diego was featured on #dinersdriveinsanddives and was visited by @guyfieri himself! We tried: 🥂 Orange & Agua Fresca Mimosas 💜 Lavender Iced Latte 🥐 Almond Croissant 🥑 Fancy Avocado Toast 🐷 Carnitas Quesadilla Everything was delicious! I’m always a sucker for avocado toast though!!😋 This spot does get busy, especially on the weekends so make sure you get there early!
