Quixote

The best dish was probably the crab doughnut and the ribs. A lot of the smaller dishes had such strong flavors that it washed out the main component. The tuna you couldn't even taste because of the sauce. I didn't even realize there was avocado in it until I looked at the menu again. The pulpo was not tender at all and a tiny size for $23. The barramundi was well cooked but barely seemed seasoned and they gave some kind sauce for it on the side that we didn't like.

Quixote is the perfect spot for an all out thanksgiving feast with friends at the famous Lafayette hotel! Set menu is a bit pricey at $100. dishes come well garnished and decorated and are reasonably tasty though on the overpriced side.

A cathedral-inspired baroque restaurant serving modern Oaxacan cuisine. We ordered the squash blossoms, memelita, and chamoy BBQ costillas. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Paired with the María También cocktail, everything complemented each other perfectly.

decor is really cool and reminds me of the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland. Service average. Food, okay, not great.
