Delicious seafood with a gorgeous view!

Red Marlin in San Diego offered a mixed dining experience this Valentine’s Day. Highlights included a creamy Lobster Bisque and inventive desserts like Raspberry Vanilla Crème Brûlée. However, overcooked shrimp in the Surf & Turf and Seafood Ravioli detracted from the meal. Navigating to the restaurant proved challenging due to poorly lit paths. Despite some disappointments, certain dishes showed promise.

Located right on the water at Mission Bay, they serve coastal California cuisine. Highly recommend the whole rockfish, and chimichurri steak and eggs.

Red Marlin @redmarlinsd is a beautiful hidden gem located at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay @hyattmissionbay and is a great date night spot! They have a beautiful 360 view of the bay, with indoor and outdoor seating and we caught the sunset! We tried: DRINKS: • Hibiscus Paloma • Mission Bay Mai Tai FOOD: • baby iceberg wedge salad • crispy pork-belly • sword fish • center cut filet • loaded mashed potatoes • baked Mac and cheese • Sunset Kiss Dessert • passion fruit creme brulee

We stayed at the Hyatt in Mission Bay which was the ultimate waterfront retreat!. We also enjoyed a delicious steak dinner and happy hour drinks at the on-site restaurant, The Red Marlin—the perfect way to end an incredible day. 🥩🍹 If you’re searching for the perfect place to stay in San Diego, look no further—this is it! ✨
