We are a microbakery that bakes fresh, naturally leavened breads made from scratch daily with high quality ingredients and baked to order for you. Internationally-inspired cuisine is our focus. 48-96 hour fermented dough is the base for our breads, sandwiches, pizzas, flat breads and more....all to bring the best of the world's cuisines to your hands. Naturally leavened sourdough adds nourishing health benefits for greater nutrition, optimal digestion and an exceptional taste. Our multiple pre-ferments combined with our extended fermentation give rise to the perfect loaf, much the same way as our ancestors made. Established in 2020. While growing up in a southern California border town, I loved my Mom's food. She cooked mostly Mexican cuisine, homemade flour tortillas, well seasoned food, every day was the norm and empa
