I always look forward to the seasonal dishes at True Food Kitchen. They make healthy food taste incredible. It’s a great spot for a casual lunch or a family meal. Don’t miss the roasted Brussels sprouts, air-fried chicken parmesan, or the butternut squash pizza.

Good natural, fresh foods. Their burgers are delicious pizzas are really good and cocktails even better!

True food has some of the yummiest and healthiest lunch options! Their butternut squash pizza is the best! I’m not vegan but with their vegan options, you wont even be able to tell the difference! So much variety.

I always look forward to the seasonal menu items at True Food Kitchen. I love their food because they make healthy eating taste amazing.  It’s perfect for a casual meal or taking the kids to reenergize. Some seasonal items you won’t want to miss are the roasted Brussels sprouts, air-fried chicken parmesan, and butternut squash pizza.

We loved being able to sit outside and my son watching the trolley. The service was great and Although the turkey burger wasn’t great, we love the butternut squash soup and other things on the menu looked good. We’ll go back to try something new.
