Comfort Kitchen is a globally influenced gourmet comfort food restaurant that utilizes flavors and spices from around the globe. Business owner information Brenda K. Business Owner Brenda grew up with her mother and sister in Los Angeles in a very culinary-inclined household. As a first-generation American, she learned a lot in the kitchen about different flavor profiles and ingredients from her mom, who would frequently cook dishes from her native country of Cameroon in West Africa. After visiting Cameroon several more times while studying at the University of Southern California, Brenda became interested in cooking and began creating dishes that incorporated Cameroonian flavors into her favorite American comfort dishes. Traveling in other parts of the world for culinary exploration then became a priority and she began to appreciate flavors from other countr
