Tajima Ramen Mercury is a lively Japanese restaurant at 4411 Mercury St in San Diego, known for one of the largest menus in the Tajima family. The kitchen turns out rich tonkotsu ramen, fresh sushi rolls, crispy karaage, and tapas-style small plates well suited for sharing. A full bar rounds out the experience with house-crafted cocktails, Japanese whiskies, rotating San Diego craft beers, imported Japanese brews, and premium sake. With seating for up to 90 guests, cozy booths, and three large TVs, the space works equally well for date nights, family dinners, and lively group gatherings.
