Temakase is an Omakase spot I tried in Brooklyn. The handrolls are expertly crafted and made with love. The sushi is very fresh and delicious! Along with the handrolls, we also had Crispy Rice. If you are on a keto diet, they offer no rice rolls. The restaurant is also gorgeous with amazing artwork and I loved the vibes! Handrolls but elevated. Worth it!

Each piece has clear intention and curation behind it. It was very flavorful but I hate that they end on the most underwhelming piece. I wish they would rearrange the order of the hand rolls served as the last handroll was extremely fishy and hard with nothing else to cleanse after. I do think this is pricier than KazuNori (especially after tax and tip) but each piece is accessorized with additional flavor boosters whereas KN seems to keep the focus on the quality of its fish.
