As for the Ramen, we ordered The Truffle shio ramen that was deep flavor with umami and pork. You can tell it has been perfected from practices with bits of red onion sun dried tomato and olives to give it a special kick 🦵

This place is known for being the 1st 🍜to earn Michelin in 🇯🇵. Waited 1.5 hrs for this in the cold on their 2nd day of opening. We got the white truffle & black truffle 🍜The black truffle flavor was a bit overpowering, while the white truffle didn’t have much distinct flavor. I’m glad we added the tsuta combo ($9 more adds an egg, extra pork and nori) as it would’ve been really plain & sad without it. The standard only came with 1 pc of pork! Pricy & def not worth it.. i’ve had much better
