Neopolitan pizza and Philly Cheesesteaks

Hillcrust Pizza is a new pizza spot in Hillcrest that just opened a few weeks ago! They are known for their use of high quality ingredients and the love and care they into their pizzas! HillCrust is offering a modern take to the timeless Neapolitan-style pizza. It all starts with their special dough that is fermented over the course of five days to build aroma, texture, and flavor. We tried the Golden Hill Pizza Loaded with Bacon, Pepperoni, Marinara Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella, and Hot Honey.

I love the pizza here the crust is amazing. They have an awesome oven that can cook a pizza in less then 10 minutes! The ingredients are all fresh
