So what should you order at Rosa Mexicano? For drinks, we got the Mango Chile Margarita and the Paloma. We also recommend starting with the guac with the grilled pineapple pick de gallo, the chicken Flautas and the tuna ceviche. Then we shared the tuna and chicken tacos, the chicken enchiladas, parrilladas. We also ordered a side of plantains and sweet corn esquites. We ended the meal with churros and tres leches.

Pork carnitas enchiladas were great and juicy. There’s real spiciness in the guacamole.

I celebrated Cinco De Mayo earlier this month at Rosa Mexicano for a great lunch. They have an amazing atmosphere and is very festive. They have great Mexican food. We started off with a Teremana Tequila. We then had guacamole and chips. Decent food but there was no air conditioning on a warm night and service was slow. It was also very loud.

The black rice was fresh, flavorful, and loaded with ample juicy goat pieces.

Very good Mexican food in a beautiful space with soaring ceilings, attentive service and a nice crowd.
